Classes are an hour long and your first class with us is just £2.50. It's our job to make it so enjoyable that you happily come back the following week. and pay the usual £5 class fee. You can buy a book of 10 classes for £45. You need arrive 15-20 mins early to fill in a screening form, wear loose comfortable clothing, trainers/soft shoes and bring water and a small hand towel because you may get a tad warm!
